Quality Castings are pleased to announce the completion of implementing a new software system which will now facilitate the business with improved visibility of production operations and work in progress stock movements. This project has been with the technical support of David Workman of www.rednet.systems, and Suffolk County Council who have part funded the project by the way of the Growth Through Innovation Grant Scheme.
This investment will assist the business in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of processing customer orders from the start to the finish of the various process steps the manufacture of castings may take with the aim of improving our customer service levels to our existing and new customers.
